At Terrace View, we are thrilled to be able to offer you one of the best, and largest apartment community pools in the area! Enjoy the cool pool, warm and sunny deck, or the wireless internet! The pool season usually begins mid May and ends the last weekend in September contingent on the weather.

From time to time there will be social events taking place in or around the pool area, please visit our bulletin board for more details! Many of these events are open to visitors and some are residents only – we'll post the details on our event calendar. Be sure to check it out!

As a resident, you will enjoy full access to all of our amenities with a photo ID, and you can bring up to 3 guests for just $2.50 each. The pool is open daily, weather permitting, from 7am to 9pm Monday through Thursday, and 10am to 9pm Friday through Sunday!

This is a swim at your own risk facility and residents under 13 must be accompanied by a responsible adult! For the safety of all our residents and guests, glass is not permitted in the pool area, nor is smoking or any form of alcoholic beverages. We are sorry to say that your pets are not permitted in the pool area, for a variety of reasons, so be sure to leave them in the comfort of your air-conditioned apartment!

Please feel free to tour our clubhouse facility anytime during hours of operation! This facility is provided for all residents to use free of charge for a variety of purposes. Relax on the balcony overlooking the pool, stop in for a movie in the TV lounge, play a game of pool, work out in the fitness room, or get a tan in one of our tanning rooms. Hours of operation are 6am to 10pm Monday through Thursday and 10am to 10pm Friday through Sunday, unless posted otherwise. An attendant is on duty at all times and would be happy to help you whether you are just checking us out, or whether you are a current resident.

Residents must bring a photo ID for use of equipment at the Clubhouse. Guests are welcome but must be registered and pay a $2.50 daily fee and be accompanied by a resident. 

Tanning rooms are for resident use only.

The Clubhouse will also host resident activities throughout the year, please check out our bulletin board for a schedule of activities.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed inside the Clubhouse, nor are they permitted to be tethered or left unattended outside while owners are using the facility, so please be sure to leave them in the comfort of your apartment or townhome!
